It’s in a very reachable locality for DLF. Staff is decent but plates and cutlery should be clean and present in each room.

It’s ok for single day trip or for refreshments , service has to be improved. Not advisable for family stay as it lacks amenities like hot water etc

The place is good but if you even speak slightly loudly at night people complain. Service was good too

I had a very disappointing experience at Citi Luxe Hotel, Chennai. The property was dirty and poorly maintained. Before arrival, I had called the hotel to confirm the checkout time, and the lady at the desk clearly informed me it was 11 to 11 (24 hours from check-in). However, on reaching, they refused and said the booking through MakeMyTrip allows only 11 hours, which felt like a deliberate miscommunication. The breakfast was tasteless and smelled stale, far from what a guest expects. The bed had hair all over it, the pillows were stinking, and overall hygiene was extremely poor. On top of that, there was no hot water in the room. Overall, a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or reliable experience in Chennai.

Very nice building. Location Is also quite good and reachable. Airport is near and beach is also not so far.

overall stay was ok.. however staff attitude was very bad. Different staff on duty have different views and attitude and at time incorrect information is being shared

Hotel was neat and clean .. good lighting for us .. better for single person not for family .. no restaurant..

Good but not tea and dinner facilities. Apart from every thin is good ,room space is also very good.

The ac vent was fixed couldn’t move much, was getting a weird smell, don’t know where was it coming from. Rest the journey was okay, not much difficulty.

The receptionist was not at all cooperative, when asked for early checked in, couldn’t connect to hotel through mmt regarding early check in. 1000 rs extra was asked for early check in!! And that too per room, the receptionist didn’t let me connect to the manager also? The bedsheet were also not clean,

It was very comfortable stay. Room is good. Washroom is also good . As there is no restaurant, you have to go outside for any food .
