Location is little bit inside from main road. Food is okay, complimentary breakfast given as per their choice typical south indian breakfast every morning 🥲..they should add some variety, staying Chennai doesn't mean outsiders will also like these food everyday. Room services is okay.

If you are looking for a nice and cosy stay, this is the hotel for you. The room and bathroom were super clean, food was delicious, staff was at service and polite, and the owner was very helpful. It's located a bit on the inside, little far from the main road. So tranquility yes you'll get it, it's very peaceful and quiet.

Stayed there for 5 days. Good location. Nice restaurants nearby. You can order food through swiggy. Staff is professional and will help you. There is a foot massage service, which is very relaxing after a hectic day.

I have stayed for official purpose. Staffs are more supportive. Nice homemade type of breakfast. Enjoyed the stay, nearby my office and calm location.

Good and peaceful stay, room is clean with proper arrangements of furniture clear and upto the mark toilet. Moreover the staffs are very friendly and cooperative. Only thing is that you have limited choice of breakfast. Overall it's a nice stay.

I had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy & clean with all the facilities to fulfill our needs. The breakfast served there is very delicious. And also not forgetting to mention about the management, who are very pleasing. As a whole i had a very good time there and would surely like to visit there again.

I am really dissatisfied with the stay. They kept me waiting in the lobby for more than 30 minutes while arrival. And the worst part is still left. They also kept us waiting at lobby for more than 20 minutes in the name of room checking. And then some executives comes up with the mattress having stain on it naming that i have done it. This is the worst possible blame some hotel can put on their honest customers. I highly recommend not to visit this hotel as it has no food services no transportation services nothing.

After reaching hotel at 9 pm, i realised that there is no restaurant. It's also difficult to reach hotel with google maps. Staff is cooperative. Reception and all other staff is good. Dustbin was not cleaned. I also found stains on quilt. There is lot of room for improvement.

It was a decent place to stay

We had booked stay here because of it's nearness to chennai trade center. Located inside a quiet peaceful residential area, very clean bathrooms, good rooms, tv with internet connection, wifi, amicable staff, breakfast provided was simple but good and sufficient, highly recommended if you are looking for stay neat nandampakkam or ramavaram

we stayed as a couple at the tranquility inn at chennai from 10th to 13th march 2023. we were in chennai for a convention at the chennai trade centre. the staff at the hotel is extremely polite and helpful in all respects. we had to leave early on the days of the convention and the owner obliged us with early breakfast. the first day of our stay we could not arrange transport on ola or uber and the owner, mr rajbabu himself dropped us off at the main road in his car. these all room and the washroom are neat and clean and the linen was spotless. the location of the hotel is in a calm and peaceful neighborhood, a little removed from the hustle and bustle of the main roads. the flip side is the lack of transport options. we had to make multiple attempts to book transport. ultimately, we had to tie up with an auto driver to pick us up in the mornings and drop us back in the evenings. also, the breakfast is very simple, not elaborate, but extremely delicious home cooked south indian fare. all in all, the stay was a pleasant experience overall and i would definitely like to stay here on my future visits to chennai

The property is overrated. This is good for an economy stay. Breakfast spread is limited to south indian only.

The hotel is clean. It is good for those who need a bed and a clean bathroom only. This time the room i got had an issue with the bathroom door. It would get locked and needed someone to come and open with a spanner. Television only has youtube as an option so rely on your phone for any form of entertainment. Staff is cordial and helpful
