I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent booking at Elite Hotel on 15th July. Despite having a confirmed booking, when I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 AM, I was informed that no room was available. This was highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable. As a result, I was shifted to another hotel, which was provided by elite I had chosen Elite Hotel based on its reviews and reputation, and such an experience was not expected. This not only caused inconvenience but also disrupted my plans for the day. I request you to please look into this matter seriously and ensure such situations are not repeated in the future.

The hotel is basically a floor sectioned into tiny rooms with another section dedicated towards running a girls PG. We did not expect the facilities to be so dismal and congested. The only saving grace was the caretaker who prepared a tasty breakfast on our request. All in all, surprised that Make My Trip has such a place listed on its platform.

worst Experience..Plz Don't book this home stay..in hotel Details it's showing that shared kitchen allowed but after checkin they demand 300/day extra for kitchen.. don't go with images it's totally different & hotel regulation .. Demand Extra charges which is already included..
