I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent booking at Elite Hotel on 15th July.
Despite having a confirmed booking, when I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 AM, I was informed that no room was available. This was highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable. As a result, I was shifted to another hotel, which was provided by elite
I had chosen Elite Hotel based on its reviews and reputation, and such an experience was not expected. This not only caused inconvenience but also disrupted my plans for the day.
I request you to please look into this matter seriously and ensure such situations are not repeated in the future.
