I recently stayed at UPAR and had a wonderful experience. The staff was courteous, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel’s location is excellent—Nungambakkam which made it very convenient for us. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and was delicious. We especially appreciated the fast check-in/check-out process and the peaceful ambiance of the place. Overall, a great stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and value for money. I’d definitely come back!

It's an average hotel like a small apartment. Veey basic amenities. AC was also not very effective. Breakfast too was average with just 3 items and egg / bread and corn flakes. But front desk was supportive. Good restaurants are 5 to 10 minutes walk away. It's definitely OK for a veey short budget stay if u have some work to do at Nungambakkam area.
