Had a pleasant stay, Clean, budget‑friendly rooms right opposite Chennai Trade Centre with helpful staff and convenient transport access only thing is they have limited dining but that to they get you food from A2B or Sangeetha which is right opposite.

I recommend to all business customers great location and clean rooms

Rooms were too small, not neat and clean. Lighting was too dull. only 1 care taker available so do not expect service.

It shows a 4.2 rating But it's not worth booking in this property. The rooms are not as good as displayed in the images, it would be like your rented house. I stayed here for three nights without any option,I don't suggest this property to anyone.

As I entered, I found it to be of moderate size, with basic furnishings that were somewhat dated but functional. The bed was made neatly, and the linens were clean, though the mattress was firmer than I would have preferred. The room included a small desk, a television, and a wardrobe. The lighting was adequate, but the overall ambiance was rather bland. The bathroom was small and appeared to be clean, though it was clear that it had seen better days. The fixtures were somewhat old, and there were minor signs of wear and tear, such as chipped tiles and a slightly leaky faucet. The toiletries provided were minimal – a small bar of soap, a tiny bottle of shampoo, and a couple of towels that, while clean, were not particularly soft or plush. Very comfortable for two members

As there is no proper space for car parking for big size suv car ki seltos of mine space available but parking made me little discomfort as there is no space to turn around and entry gate is risky for suv cars as its very narrow for suv cars to enter room apartment was very unhygienic felt discomfort and regret for booking

Excellent service and well maintained. Its on road property so it was easy to access transport food etc. Good stay for family members too. Staffs are well mannered and kind. Overall its was good.

Worst place to stay. Toilet has cobwebs and smell. Bedsheet had holes. Breakfast is idli/vada from a dhaba next door. Had i not prepaid for 6 nights i would have shifted. Only advantage is it is directly opposite chennai trade centre

User friendly staffs and owner too, they are treat us like their relatives. The rooms are small and like bachelor but otherwise good i give 9 out of 10

Nice place to visit if you are looking for homestay. It is an apartment and homelike feel. It is beside the main road and accessible to cabs, autos and buses. Uber o la rapid o available. There are many food options available near to this apartment.
