Honest Review ⭐ I am a part-time traveler and have covered almost every place across North and South India. I usually book my stays through MakeMyTrip, always choosing hotels with 4+ star user ratings and reasonable prices. I never trust any other app. But this time, during a family trip (3 couples + 2 bachelors, total 4 rooms, booked as an entire home), I made the mistake of trying a property with just 3-star ratings for the first time. Honestly, this was the first and last mistake of my life. • The villa looks good from the outside with nice architecture, but the maintenance is absolutely terrible, making it feel like a haunted bungalow. • Ground floor master bedroom: bathroom seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. • Two bedrooms upstairs: both share one bathroom, but it’s completely useless – no running water, no hot water. • Upper floor master bedroom: frogs inside the bathroom, sliding doors that don’t lock properly, making it unsafe. • I was with my wife, but had to leave the room around 11:30 pm and sleep in another room because the AC wasn’t cooling at all and the heat was unbearable. • Only one staff was present, who couldn’t provide any help. • Worst part: at night, the place gave off a really strange, creepy vibe – just like a haunted house. ⚠️ My honest advice: If you are planning to book this place after reading reviews, do it at your own risk. For safety and peace of mind, it’s much better to book a proper hotel in the city. Don’t waste your money here.
