Practical option, no-frills stay for US Visa appointments. Location: Super convenient, right across the street from the US Consulate. Subway crossing gets you right to where the queue begins. About a 20 minute walk from the Thousand Lights metro station (blue line), which you can use to get to/from the airport. I couldn't find a decent convenience/ general store within walking distance, but there are a few good restaurants within a 10 minute walk, such as Sangeetha on Greams Rd. Uber/Olas are easily available. Rooms: A little outdated versus what the pictures on Google indicate, but very clean and convenient. They provide 2 bottles of water complimentary. Breakfast: Basic options of idlis and poori-kurma served at 8am. No complaints, decent food. Staff: Prompt and very supportive. Azhar & the people at the front desk actually care about making your stay convenient. Overall, an excellent practical choice for a quick overnight stay. Good value for the money you pay in the area.

Terrible experience and unhygienic

There was a scorpion in one room and overall the hygiene is terrible and there are bed bugs and couldn’t sleep at all. The width of the bed is so small, I can’t even adjust my body freely. Suggest strongly against staying in this hotel.

The location of this hotel is very good. It is very near to Thousand Lights metro station. Apollo Main Hospital is just a 5-minute drive - 1.5 km. This hotel doesn't have restaurant facilities. In fact, this hotel has no other facilities except lodging. For food, either you can order on Swiggy or you can order their service boy to bring it from a nearby restaurant. Room service was poor. The room was clean, but the bed cover, pillow covers, towels had issues with cleanliness and quality. This is the quality of the suite room. Complementary 500x2 ml water bottles were provided, but no complementary tea bags and coffee were provided with the room. I checked in the hotel at 10:00 pm. I requested them for late checkout (3:00 pm instead of their standard checkout 11:00 am). They charged me 1000/- extra for this late checkout. Overall, it was an average stay.
