Location is excellent. Very near to public transport, Autos, shops, etc. However, property is in a bad state. AC can break down any moment. AC noise won’t allow you to sleep since every time compressor shuts and powers on, you get a earthquake like experience. Electrical fittings are very old, some are exposed in bathroom. Otherwise, ameneities are fine - good range of vessels, working washing machine and gas stove. They definitely need to improve electrical fittings, wiring and AC

Location is spot on - very well connected to rest of the city. Poor upkeep - AC which makes the sound of a stone crusher. Peeling walls, fused tube lights and dangerously open power outlets. Definitely not worth the price. You get better well maintained options elsewhere. However, special mention to the caretaker, Ram. He is super helpful.
