Good property but need maintenance
Property is good but need maintenance waterjet in washroom was leaking all the time wifi never worked for me - they tried their best breakfast choices are limited and aesthetics missing

Good property!
The property is well maintained with neat rooms. The location is suited for business visitors with it close to the sip-cot area. The food leaves a little more to be desired with it catering mainly to foreign guests, the indians might be a little disappointed with the spread & spice levels. The swimming pool is great, overall a pretty decent hotel to stay.

soloThe stay was good. The room was great. Self sufficient hotel with dining and bar. The location is in an industrial area with no other restaurants or dining place around. Staffs were courteous and helpful.

An average quality hotel
Property is good breakfast is average dinner is good but replenishing in buffet take ages air conditioning in my room was not working and they could not repair it. Had to sleep as it is ni lounge

Poor Stay
In-room dining service is very late. Housekeeping staff never responds to calls (infact after multiple followups, staff arrives at the door after 58mins) in room dining, food ordered was mutton- just meat (no bone and no fat specially mentioned ) but was delivered with 50% bone in it. The staff response at the dining area is pretty casual. Took more than 25 mins to top up empty food trays during the breakfast buffet.
