They have offered us room, which for physically challenged people. We requested several times to change the room but they didn't.

Excellent Stay
This is a newly opened, newly renovated hotel which was previous called raintree. The rooms are well-equipped. Service levels are top class. We had a wonderful experience here. The sleep quality was on point. Must make a special mention of the buffet which we really enjoyed. Highly reocmmended
