HOTEL MOUNT HEERA

Hotel parking was good but entire room was like gost room and some insects like big size and cockroaches can see every where in the room that night i spent very badly. That’s not a hotel it was a local bus station lodge. Even i have taken a evidence video on that room

room are clean and neat, toilets are well maintained. staff are very friendly. we feel comfort and safety.

No room service, no restaurant no soaps in the bathroom. Amateur staff location is only the advantage

I have booked a executive room in this hotel, these guys gave me a standard room to stay, i got to know because in morning before check in they gave me a similar standard room for freshening up. I told them in evening after check in that this is not a executive room but they were adamant. Then finally after some discussions, they agreed and promised to shift to a better room. After some time, they told that those better rooms have water issue and they cannot shift me. This is gross. Makemytrip must take cognizance of this and take some action. I have one more night of stay tonight, see if makemytrip can talk to this hotel and change my room.

We booked an ac room where ac is not coming peoperly, getting heat and sand kind of feeling from air, the towels are not there we have to beg them, and the bedsheet is very dirty again need to beg them. No mirror and toiletries in the bath rooms and flush is not working properly. Floor is also not cleaned all my feet were black. I did not take any food there. I paid in mm t but they still ask amount to be paid and when i showed the receipt, they cross checked and said sorry.

Getting a bad smell and informed the hotel person to change room but he denied really honorable to in this hotel. If possible pls changed my room

Property location and room are very good, car parking area is good. Hotel rent very comfortable. Big hotel

It was great experience at hotel mount heera, wel manned staff humble cooperative, ambient bar area too over all memorable experience at chennai thank you for such a kind hospitality

Food not available. Price little high. Rooms were clean.

Unclean room and arrogant staff. The list goes on. Bed bugs, water leakage, broken flush and cubbord with termites

No calling bell, intercom. Bed all round edges tilting which may slide the sleeping person to fell down when turned to edge.

Bed not well, cigarette smell on the corridor, rooms not well maintained and bed is not in a good condition

This is the worst as staying experience in my life in its dirty hotel. Nobody stay here. Bathroom, bedroom everything is so messy and dirty.

It was a total disappointment when i booked online and entered into this hotel to see no airport pick up, no restaurant in the hotel, no intercom in the room, non functional flush out(i used bucket water to flush)no room service(no intercom. So how we ask for any service like house keeping, coffee from restaurant etc, restriction of running ac in the reception(is weather a lot in the reception when i waited there for an o la cab booked by me, no lift service and we have to climb to the second floor through steps or go to 3rd floor(the old lift works only for 3rd floor) and walk down to second floor! i felt myself sorry by booking a room in this hotel. The property is in prime location and needs good management!

1. Cockroach and. Insights and mosquitoes. Worst thing do not suggest any ho-ya percent achhe. Money waste. I am very waiting for make my trip. Review of this issue
