HOTEL HALEZ

hospitality

Harsha Vardhan Gadde

I had a wonderful stay at this HOTEL HALEZ and was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. The staff were polite, friendly, and always willing to help whenever needed. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. I particularly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to cleanliness throughout the property. The food was also delicious, with good variety and quality. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. Overall, the service, comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality were excellent. It felt like a pleasant and relaxing stay from start to finish. I would definitely consider staying here again and would happily recommend this HOTEL HALEZ to friends and family.

Location: Centrally located in Sholinganallur, easy access to shops and eateries. Walking distance to local markets made it convenient without needing rides often Food: In-house breakfast was tasty with South Indian options in buffet and drinks. Hygienic and value for money. Amenities: Clean rooms with comfortable beds, hot/cold water in bathroom, working AC, and good WiFi. Housekeeping was prompt daily. Services: Staff was helpful with quick check-in/out. Responsive to small requests like extra towels. Safe and secure overall. Value for Money: Excellent for the price – exceeded expectations for budget stay. Would book again!

Good but maintain the standards

The staff are nice. But more importantly, the security is very nice and kind. The ambiance is good. But the hygiene is deteriorating. Since I had been to this HOTEL HALEZ two years ago, I know how well it was maintained. It was spotless. But now I could see the headboard has not been renovated. The dog keeps barking from the next building, but the HOTEL HALEZ management needs to take a few steps to talk to the residents and solve this issue. Apart from that, I love the place.
