Whenever I visited the hotel, I saw no cleanliness on the tap and we saw some insects in the bathroom itself. No proper hygiene. Coming to staff, they are good, but the bathroom is too short and not worth it for our money.

Poor service and attitude of the staff. Might not go back again

Service was terrible. Had to ask for cutlery 3 times. I had booked 2 rooms and I didn’t get the 2nd room keys on time. I got it with a 45 min delay. The receptionist was very very rude. Her name is Priyatharshini and she has absolutely no patience to talk and doesn’t know how to do basics in hospitality industry. Location was fine. Didn’t try food.

Our stay at the hotel offered a mix of highlights and drawbacks. The breakfast was superb and the restaurant staff provided great hospitality, making mornings memorable. However, the rooms were average and issues like mosquitos, as well as drilling noise from ongoing renovations, detracted from comfort. Parking lacked lift access, which was inconvenient, though the prime location was a definite advantage. Overall, the experience was about average, with some standout positives but notable areas for improvement.

easy check in and check out, I needed a early checkin and they made that for me, bathroom was clean and well maintained I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The overall experience was excellent – the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. the room given to us had faulty shower and no bucket to take bath. called reception but it took 30 mins to address the issue after another 15 mins they (Magesh) upgraded the room. He was kind and attentive but overall hotel service was poor so giving 3 star
