Good and comfortable stay . They have a restaurant you a get food. The rooms are clean- housekeeping is maintained well. Only one could be the staff could have maintained proper receiving when we arrived . They had some issue going on when we arrived .

Excellent Stay
The property is maintaining good standards overall, however it may need refurbishment in some time. The staff is attentive and efficient. Breakfast spread was extensive, some items were not that well prepared. I pointed out to the chef. Toiletries are not plentiful, handwash is hung on the wall well away from the faucet... makes it inconvenient. Aircon was locked at min of 22 degrees, which wasn't cool enough for the night under the duvet. Little things which need to be looked into.

Excellent Stay
Stay at feathers was awesome.... Ambiance was perfect for a family stay... Breakfast had a lots of varieties..... In room dining was bit costlier but taste was at notch.... Swimming pool spa and gym were well maintained and staffs were so friendly....

We had a very nice time in terms of service and food. The hotel was extremely clean and people were very warm. I would never go to any other hotel in Chennai

Excellent hotel
The rooms are big and very nice. It is very clean. The food is outstanding, and the breakfast spread is the best I have ever seen. I would never stay in any other hotel

We have to catch the flight early morning so said to the reception team regarding missing the breakfast. But they provided us packed breakfast at 5 am .we r happy about that.Service and neatness excellent

businessI missed my flight from bhubaneswar to chennai the night i booked the hotel but even after my request and even makemytrip tried to convince the hotel they didn't accept the cancellation request and charged me for the full amount.

5 star hotel but 4 star experience
businessHotel ambience and breakfast is great. Room service ok. Wifi is not good. Lot to improve in front desk reception and addressing our concerns. Private party went all night long till 4 am causing severe disturbance to sleep
