Review Of Novotel Chennai Sipcot - An Accor Brand

Stay was so good. Ambiance and room service was to the expectation. Food was almost ok.

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share some feedback regarding my check-in experience. Although the stated check-in time is 2:00 PM, I arrived on time and was only given access to my room at 2:45 PM. This delay was inconvenient and not in line with the promised schedule. I hope you can review your check-in process to ensure guests receive their rooms promptly at the committed time.

I guess the property given the swimming pool for the swimming classes. Children are coming for the classes and guest were not able to enjoy the pool properly. The swimming class coach is telling the guest not to come one side of the pool. This is not good.

Property is location is good near to all it company's, good ambience with nice breakfast. Staff is friendly

Every aspects of this Hotel is excellent. Location is perfect, excellent food in terms of variety, quality and taste. Cleanliness is also worth mentioning specially under supervision of Debjani. Reception staffs, restaurant staffs, security staffs. House keeping staffs are very friendly and well trained. Special mention to staff Miss Asmi Saikia and the chef from Assam.

We had a great stay..The room was clean and neat.Breakfast was so good .gym , pool and other amenities were well managed.

The stay was truly fantastic! Excellent hospitality from the Novotel hotel staff, right from check-in to check-out. The atmosphere is very customer-friendly, and the restaurant maintains top-notch cleanliness and hygiene. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The only minor drawback was the absence of a glass door in the bathroom shower area, which caused water to spill outside. Installing a glass door there would make the experience even better

The room was excellent 👌 but 1 thing is that this doesn't have bath tub.food was excellent if you are planning to book room book with breakfast. Had a pleasant stay

Pathetic hotel, horrible experience as it is a worst hotel in Chennai. I won’t recommend it. Never thought Novotel will be like this…🤬

This hotel felt like a natural home away from home. I was so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. My stay was perfect.The staff at the (Hotel Name) in (Location) were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful and always available. I will always stay at this location when traveling to or through.

Very accommodating staff in terms of any requests. Housekeeping provided a hepa air filter upon request. Bedding could have been cleaner. Outdoor restaurant seating is no longer there though restaurant staff accommodated our request though it was a bit of a hassle to ask each time. Hotel is good with cleanliness and prompt reception. Rooms are adequate with all amenities. Restaurant is comfort seating. Staff are courteous Food can be improved.
