It was an excellent stay. Room was neat and clean, food was delicious. Staffs were very kind and made out experience very comfortable. It was a beautiful stay!

Ambience is awsome. Hozpitality of staff is commendable. Widespread of buffet( Breakfast and Dinner) was too good. Lot of varieties in veg and Non veg. Rooms were so comfortable. It was a family vacation and we as family enjoyed every bit of vacation.

Excellent service.staff are very friendly and supporting .Food also great.we always prefer novotel for weekend outing.

8th floor was under maintenance

Excellent maintenance food also very hygienic provided our kids had enjoyed very much in swimming pool and kids play area rooms also maintained very neatly breakfast and dinner unlimited provided wash rooms also maintained very neat overall I will give 5 star rating

Room was not that clean, limited food varieties. Welcome drinks were not provided and cabs were too expensive than the market.

Property location was good and located in main road that too opposite to suseri Sipcot. Food was not to expectation and it’s should be improved. Amenities was good and room service also good. Overall it was good to stay.

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share some feedback regarding my check-in experience. Although the stated check-in time is 2:00 PM, I arrived on time and was only given access to my room at 2:45 PM. This delay was inconvenient and not in line with the promised schedule. I hope you can review your check-in process to ensure guests receive their rooms promptly at the committed time.

I guess the property given the swimming pool for the swimming classes. Children are coming for the classes and guest were not able to enjoy the pool properly. The swimming class coach is telling the guest not to come one side of the pool. This is not good.

Property is location is good near to all it company's, good ambience with nice breakfast. Staff is friendly

Every aspects of this Hotel is excellent. Location is perfect, excellent food in terms of variety, quality and taste. Cleanliness is also worth mentioning specially under supervision of Debjani. Reception staffs, restaurant staffs, security staffs. House keeping staffs are very friendly and well trained. Special mention to staff Miss Asmi Saikia and the chef from Assam.

We had a great stay..The room was clean and neat.Breakfast was so good .gym , pool and other amenities were well managed.

The stay was truly fantastic! Excellent hospitality from the Novotel hotel staff, right from check-in to check-out. The atmosphere is very customer-friendly, and the restaurant maintains top-notch cleanliness and hygiene. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The only minor drawback was the absence of a glass door in the bathroom shower area, which caused water to spill outside. Installing a glass door there would make the experience even better
