Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Unacceptable Standards
We booked a studio apartment, but unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing due to the owner's mismanagement and lack of communication.
Despite calling the owner in the afternoon to confirm our booking and inform him about our late-night arrival, we were not told about any issues. However, when we arrived at 8pm, we discovered that the apartment had been double-booked. The owner never informed us about this mistake, even though he had ample opportunity earlier in the day.
To make matters worse, he first tried to accommodate us in a nearby property that was untidy and clearly not up to standard. When we refused, he transferred us to another property 5 km away, which turned out to be a shared accommodation with three other people—despite my clear communication that we needed a separate apartment. He also promised a bigger room, but this was not the case. The property was messy, lacked basic amenities like bathroom towels, and was overall very uncomfortable.
This entire ordeal took more than 2.5 hours and forced us to cancel our dinner reservation. I also tried to contact Myntra agents for help, but for some unknown reason, I was unable to connect with them.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the experience. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and substandard accommodation made for a very stressful and unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
