The location and accessibility of this apartment is very good. I booked this place for my family upon reaching we noticed that there were 2 male caretakers in the place and they were staying in room adjacent to kitchen with free access around the apartment. Though they were polite, but having 2 strangers in the same apartment at night was creepy. There were no toiletries provided only a single towel. Pillows were extremely dirty. Some corrections would make this place perfect

I had booked this so-called "homestay" expecting basic hospitality, but what I experienced was utterly disappointing. There was no water, no soap, and the cleanliness was non-existent. To make matters worse, there was zero support available on-site. There was no signage or branding indicating it was a homestay — it felt like I walked into a random, neglected property. No ID verification was done, and no formal check-in process was followed. This was a completely unprofessional and careless setup, and I strongly advise others to avoid this property altogether. It is misleading and not worth your time or money.

Mentioned facilities not available like water bottle, iron and ironing board, daily housekeeping, dirty pillows , bed covers and torn pillow, tissue. On the whole not properly maintained and there no shops nearby. Not recommended for family. Only idle for shorter stay. Please omit the amenities which you are not providing

Still Need to maintain well. Too much of mosquitos and toilets slabs damaged. Bathroom Buckets not good. Ac/Tv/King size bed is really good but bedsheets needs to be more fresh. All towels, bedsheets needs to be white color. Few Securities dealing us like a strangers. And feels they giving more preference for other residents who living there. Over all the building located area in good. So it's worth to pay still many compromise.

It is good option to stay near apollo hospital. Kitchen available, living room available, clean. Cleaning of room done daily. Good locality.

Its a genuine home stay. Situated at very good location, about 2. 5 km to apollo g reams road, 1. 5 km to income tax office. The caretaker mr. Vijay is very good, he is an excellent cool and keeps the place neat and clean. Rooms are spacious however wardrobes and washroom need some improvement. Overall its a good homestay.

The accommodation is not clean, facilities are terrible. Stinky room, unhygienic bathroom.
