The stay at Anika was great. The rooms were spacious , airy and super clean. The staffs, too were very helpful and cooperative. And the breezy rooftop and balconies were cherries on top . Honestly, it felt like a home away from home . Had a very happy and satisfied stay . Totally recommended.

Anika Homes is a well maintained one. Facing a hygiene park , the environment is pleasing. Inside the house, facilities match our expectations in a service apartments. Courteous reception desk who followed up well until we vacate. To put it in a nutshell, one can enjoy stay with comfort!

It was a pleasant stay, it felt like home and the staff were so helpful. If you are coming with family or girlfriend this property is the best for the price.

Lovely convenient apartment on the ground floor. Very cool, AC was mostly not needed despite hot weather outside. Lovely bedroom with large, clean cupboards, spacious kitchen stocked with everything needed, plenty of light, comfortable lounge and dining area. Staff were very kind and helpful. There's a large children's park opposite and other amenities reasonably accessible around the area.

There is a garbage station nearby which stinks even in the room. When i told about this to the owner he said - that will happen, nothing can be done about it. We had already paid for 4 days so couldn’t change the stay. On the last day, they started banging on the door from 9:30 am to ensure that we checkout at 10. The staff doesnt even listen to what you have to say and keeps repeating the same thing. The room doesnt look like pictures and there is no jacuzzi there - they are false advertising.

I thought jacuzzi is included in package. Later came to know it comes with extra charge. And bed sheets are not that clean.

Good homestay with all amenities, did not order food, good service from manager. Overall highly recommended for groups and couple stay
