Hotel Surya (Walkable distance from Central Railway Station)

The reception hall is working on the person who does not talk to us well. The room is so bad bathroom waste money is waste only unmarried couple solved actually something hotel bad condition

Rooms are not Clean, worst bed sheets, outdoor is dirty, at least ask hotel management to maintain properly. I suggest to remove this hotel from make my trip. Please remove this hotel

Manager is extremely rude in behaviour. Though the owner of the hotel is polite and extremely co -operative.

Old bedsheet & blanket will given & no cleanship will done only 01 profit it is nearby to central metro & central railway staion.

For this price it is good. Staff were friendly and yes you have to go little bit ahead than what map says.

Service not provided no drink to water

Worst experience, making tieup with auto people and looting more commission, per day 500 in app but if you go with auto people they charge 1000 per day, worst rooms full of pan parak, unhigenic water, cigarettes smell, full of dust. Be aware who come to chennai 1st, if you go to auto people for rooms they entirely loot yours money.

The room was not perfect. But the room and especially the bathroom was neat enough for a quick short stay.

OLD, DIRTY BUT CHEAP. GOT IT FOR RS 500. STAFF IS NICE. TOILETS ARE DIRTY. TV IS BOX TYPE AND DID NOT CHECK IF IT WORKS. SOCKETS ARE FINE. BED IS COMFORTABLE. GOOD IF UR ON TIGHT BUDGET AND WANT TO SPEND THE NIGHT SOMEWHERE. THE PLUS POINT. THERES A TEA SHOP NEXTDOOR OPEN THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT. VERY CLOSE AND WALKABLE DISTANCE TO THE RAILWAY STATION.

Its very close to railway station. Has a tea shop next door open 24 hours. Staff is nice. Rooms are old and not so clean. Even the buckets and jugs are dirty. Beds are comfortable. Sockets work fine. Tv is box type. Didn't check if it works. Got it at rs 500 with checkout at 12pm. Good if u r on a tight budget and have to leave early. No towels given. Cant expect much for rs 500!

We only stay there for only 4 hours and they charged us 200 rs extra. The service is very poor.And their staff does not have the manners to talk.

Value for money, near station.

The hotel was located primarily between Egmore and Central Stations. The Hotel was looking good and the condition of the rooms was good. But the fans were not running to the full speed and we have to pay extra for blankets. Non AC rooms were indeed hot and room service was poor. Toilets were not cleaned and late in the night the room boysÂ’ barge in coming in search of lost items. But, for a night's trip, if you are alone, itÂ’s a better deal. But not with your family.

The room we got was small, with dirty linen and bathroom.

If you are a budget traveler looking for mere accommodation and nothing extra, this should be a good choice. Value for money.

Very poor maintenance and zero cleanliness. Drinking water served directly from storage tank, linens are dirty. We only ordered room service once for tea which was served cold and in a dirty pot.
