Very poor service and very bad rooms like waste dumb-ed very bad smell terrible stay they not providing nothing. Shets are not washed. Room full of dust. Very very bad experience. No one please don't go here and no waste money

What we see in pic, rooms are not as per that, very untidy rooms, dirtiest bathroom, leakage of ac pipe, bad smell, cockroaches, lizard in rooms, too bad expreince and sleepless nights

Pillow covers were full of oil and brown dust strains. Front desk people were very rudely behavior with customers. No hot water and no wifi. Hotel, sanitization is very poor, no ventilation in room n toilet, very untidy sofa and locker, as looking not cleaned for a months. Bathroom mirror broken, i request make my trip pl don't suggest this property to anyone.

Location is fine, it's near to the train station. Hygiene is good. No proper ventilation in the room. Service is fine.

I came from chennai by train to cochin. The hotel, s location is near by ernakulam town station. Rate is cheap as well as best hotel. Ammenities and service are also good. I stayed with my family for tour of cochin and i go to trivandram by train.

Booked the room, reached the hotel at 3 am. ക്യാമ്പ് from culcutta to chennai. The staff റഫസ്ഡ് to open the gate even after showing the booking details. used bad words. after the help from make my trip official finally they allowedcheck in. Room full of mosquitos.

Location to find is very difficult, rooms specially bed covers and towels worst

The hotel is bad to moderate level. It is not advisable for the family stay. The receptionist itself is a smoker and the premise is filled with smoke odour. Tv is not recharged, poor toilet cleaning, and rent is quite okay. I will not definitely recommend this to my friends.

Owner is good even reception guy, but workers are not friendly and not helpful
