Approach road leading to the hotel is very dirty and bad smell ,road filled with Garbage.

Food was near by outside the hotel and property rules are strict regarding check in but staff is very nice and polite,rooms are amazing up to the mark & what you are paying is worth it .Only the draw back is network ,in rooms mobile network won’t be coming.

curtains were badly put up. Free breakfast was not in time.. it was brought from another restaurant I guess.. wash basin was leaking down in the washroom. Ac was not placed properly towels were bad Not happy with bed sheet and blanket. Cleaning stuffs were placed near the room. Phone was not working No light in the lift.

Hotel rooms and bath room were not clean and no mobile network inside the hotel. Hotel wifi also were not working

Location is convenient for traveller's, rooms are clean and spacious. Over all good for business traveller's

Hotel situated in a dirty place. To reach hotel you need to cross two stinky dustbins. Maintenance is poor in the bathroom, leakage all over. Door lock not working. Cab some time refuse to come in-front of the hotel due to narrow lane. Considering the locality this is should not rs 2000 per night hotel. No restaurant facilities, if you ask for tea, they able to serve it in plastic cups.

The location is near central. The staff is good and gentle. But they didn't provide shampoo, brush and paste.

It is good for the price, i recommend for the couple or families and also the staff is very supportive.

Hotel doesn't provide breakfast, they buy from outside and serve to guest. Bathroom was average.

The room was clean and the amenities were good. Near to chennai central railway station. No restaurant but many are available very close to hotel.

This hotel is situated near to Chennai Central station. But it is on a narrow road. We ordered outside food and the hotel management was okay with it. The beds weren't absolutely clean, but they were clean enough to be satisfactory. We had an overall good experience.

Very good hotel and hotel staff. Clean bed and bathroom. The way to hotel is little small but very close to main street. They let one extra person stay with us for 500 extra. Very close to central railway system.

I always refer " make my trip" for travel-ling and this time also i got s kb grand days through mmt. Hotel rooms, toilet, corridors, lift are very neat and clean. Service is also good. Location of the hotel is prime.
