The rooms are not clean and food was ok ok

Excellent it’s worth of money

The stay was overall good. The breakfast was good, the bedroom was clean. but I was not given the key for the apartment, rather was just given key for bedroom. so basically the hall, bathroom was accessible to anyone technically. Also the kitchen and nearby cleaning area was not clean.

Properly is cleanly maintained . Rooms are comfortable . Property is in prime location . Room service is good and attentive . Breakfast included is ok. Amenities provided are ok . Over all it is affordable price for frequent visitors .

The stay was good, but the breakfast was quite disappointing. The lift, stairs, and corridors had an unpleasant smell as well. This may sound funny, but even the spray gun hasn’t been maintained properly, as silt has been blocking most of the holes for a long time.

Have a good stay..good staffs nd food is also good We had a very good stay in Olive in hotel with a good breakfast and excellent room service and everything. Thanks. Thanks.

The place was not clean,no privacy, bathroom doors could not be locked and safety issues was there,thatsy we vacated on the same day.. I won't recommend it for family stay.Kindly refund my money

Olive Inn Service Apartment is near World Trade centre with good connectivity. Getting Cab or Auto is easy from the Apartment. Room is spacious and and Hall is also big with Air conditioning. We have 2 twin kids of 2yrs old and hotel staff supported well when asked for extra food or milk for kids food cost is reasonable and is tasty Water pressure is less in the bathroom. other than this there is no negative point

All the Working staff are very good and professional. The food is very good. Nicely served. Only if they can improve the lift (mainly the fan of the lift), I hope most of the travelers will like the service.

AC not working, Lifts not working ,worst room service, No safety of bags inside room. zero rating on this property.

I stayed with family for 3 night and was not sure what to expect. End of the trip, we finished a memorable stay in Chennai. We experienced helpful stuff, well maintained property and nice food, not to forget about friendly security guard. Great experience.Everything was provided and food was of good quality

The sheets were not fresh. Additionally the internal infrastructure was bad. The washroom handfaucet was not working and we had to ask for them to check. They said they would replace it but none happened. Additionally the staff response rate was very poor.

On this trip to chennai I have check through a lot of hotels and verified couple of them by visiting the hotels they are terrible and far from wat shown in the website.Olive Inn is a Newley constructed service appartement. All the amenities provided are wonderful.Its well maintained and nearby to many software offices on OMR. Whosoever is travelling to OMR can book this hotel blindfolded.
