Review Of Royal Palace Marina

My friend booked a room for me, but it booked twice because of network connectivity, he tired to reach me out, unfortunately I'm busy with my stuffs, when i went check-in i waited for more than 10mints there, receptionist is their but he is playing with mobile phone when i asked him he is not responded properly, and a guy came i visit that room with him and confirmed. They didn't even asked me about that 2nd booked room even both are booked in my same number and name first thing,then i asked them a towel,soap and water they didn't provide us till we check out this is second thing, AC and TV is not worked properly, and mainly it was located side to tha local bar. So totally we fed up with you and your property.

I have waited there for more than 10 mints to cnfrm my room, and they didn't provide tv, towel, water, soap, and the AC also not good working, my friend booked this room for me but unfortunately due to unstable network connectivity room booked twice, but he called property for cancellation they refused their request and they didn't informed us. So totally a worst experience through your platform.

As our official guesthouse was fully occupied, we were referred to Royal Palace Marina for accommodation. The room provided was clean and well-maintained, and the basic amenities were satisfactory. However, the surrounding area was quite disappointing. We observed individuals consuming alcohol openly on the roadside, which creates an unsafe and uncomfortable environment—especially for families and women. 3rd class service, wifi failed, mobile network problem, please no stay this hotel totally money west 🙏

close to marina beach excellent. near to railways station. clean and decent. the host is of welcoming nature

Average. Service is not good. Lift is not in good condition. Towel not provided after being asked for it 3 times. Surrounding is not good as drinkers are on the way to road.

Avreg hotel no comfret room is so small price huge for this location location is very bed. Bathroom is not cl-ere. .

Third class hotel and rude staff. They have charged 2000 extra for the room. That means we paid 3000 for a single room. Make my trip service is worst. They did not cancel the booking after telling them the hotel issue. Never book from make my trip. Never recommended royal palace marina hotel.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with the hotel's rooms and bathroom. The conditions were very poor, and the bathroom was in a terrible state. It's disappointing that the hotel didn't maintain basic standards of cleanliness and comfort. My stay was marred by these conditions, and i would not recommend this place to anyone.

Room was not clean. Dust everywhere. Washroom hygiene was terrible. Pathetic window. Unwashed Pillow cloths and bedspread. Very bad experience.

This is a very Old hotel, not maintained locality is not descent, Very inside, even not accessible by car Very bad hotel all the bathroom is all open with no windows
