property location is good. there is no male facility or restaurant but the services are there I ask for tea hot boy came with a two cup of tea in a state of one very good behaviour and I wish they will press for more is there was very comfortable and marvelous thing was as a reported late in the evening around 6:00 p.m. MMT offered me 24 hours stay that means I enjoyed my stay after my business trip in the evening. few negative points are there 1. shower was not working 2. closing and opening of the windows very difficult.3. towels you have to ask they don't give 4 call buttons are not working otherwise they don't listen 5. TV is for decoration not for play.

Terrible Hotel and Staff. if you are Tamil or local they will give you Service or else forget about any service from their side. I have changed my Room From Non AC to AC that too they have taken the double amount. Make my trip this is wnd time happening with me.

Hotel room size was too small, TV not provided, not a single glass of water was offered.

Not cleaning properly i will be a Book including breakfast, but the hotel person 70/- Cash given, He is informed opposite restaurant available take your breakfast.lift not available, towel not given, service not good.

They never cleaned bathroom during my stay of 11 nights. Lift was not working. He had started some repairing. so much dust.

My stay at this hotel was extremely unpleasant due to serious hygiene and maintenance issues. The room and bathroom were infested with cockroaches, which made the entire stay very uncomfortable and unhygienic. To make matters worse, the bathroom flush was broken, and the jet spray didn’t work, making basic use of the bathroom a frustrating experience. Despite informing the staff, there was no urgency or effective action taken to resolve the issues. For the price paid, this level of cleanliness and service is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise other travelers to look elsewhere. This hotel needs a serious overhaul in cleanliness, pest control, and basic maintenance before it can be considered suitable for guests.

Pretty much not worth it please book elsewhere it's below average not worth it at the end

horrible experience, dirty room & toilet. no towel given. no room service. no telephone. cable had only tamil channels

it's a decent place to stay if you book a.c room. unfortunately i booked a non a.c room so it was not that good.

Easily accessible location, close to chennai central station, decent rooms.

Check-in and check-out was smooth. Room was good ) had excellent wifi connection! bathroom was fine. Unfortunately, the mobile phone had zero reception. Had to go near the stairs to make calls. Need some improvement regarding these factors

Room was very small and full of insects, mosquitos and bugs. No ventilation and no way for natural light. Think well before choosing this hotel

Good location, clean rooms, should have provided soap and towel which was not provided there.

The room size was too small. The same for the toilet. However, it was clean. The bedsheet and the pillow cover were clean. The regulator of the fan was broken so couldn't be adjusted. The reception fellow was quite indifferent in response and lack warmth and hospitality. Booking makes them miserable and sad. It seems they prefer direct entry visitors. Twice you have to ask for providing a towel, though a small soap was provided. The best part of the property is its accessibility to chennai central and egmore. The main is 50 meters and it helps to avail cab bus and auto facilities easily. Tea shop is just opposite to the hotel. Good for a solo traveller who does not bother much about cleanliness, comfort and luxury. Apt for a night stay and leaving early morning. Nobody will escort you to the room. Carry your own luggage with the room keys. Wifi was available.

The hotel location is good. Room facilities are ok. Friendly staff. But the clearness of the room & bathroom are very poor.

Very dirty room, not sleeping overnight because of mosquitoes, i will not come this hotel again. Very bad experience

It is close to egmore railway station, and also close to chennai central. You can walk from there. Hotel is clean and services are good.

Decent but floor was not properly cleaned, maintainance is worse and wifi is slow here and remaining everything is good here.
