Property is located at a prominent market area with all facilities available. The hotel staff was very coperative. Good & neatly maintained. Prompt room service.

We were allocated a single room when we reached the hotel at 3 pm as we were told that they thought only 1 person will be visiting and they did not have information about the exact no of visitors and they did not have room available. Later around 4:30 pm allocated another room which again did not meet our expectation and we checked out from the hotel at 8:30 pm. Not a value for money hotel.

I already reported about stay 2 week to your reply. Please chk. Noting much but i still haven't received my discount coupon yet

No daily make up room cleaning unless u say so. My room 213 no hot water. If we check in early on the same day or check out late on the same day we have to bare 1 day charges for the room. Other then that all ok. That's all

Location is very good. Only request hot water is coming. Very old hotel. No complimentary breakfast. No hotel within the building. Room Service, Air Conditioning is good. But the size of the room is very small.

Location of the hotel is next to pondy bazar and response of the staff also very good, rooms also very good condition and there are maintaining rooms very nice and I think accommodation charges also very reasonable compared to the other hotels in Chennai.

The location is great & close to pansy bazaar being a shopping haven. The hotel does not provide complimentary drinking water & you need to ask to refill the jug & they fill with hot water only. You also need to make a request to clean the room or else no cleaning of room.

Not so good stay in T-Nagar market... Hotel location is good Very near to T-Nagar main market area. Good for planning to buy things in T-Nagar market. Not so good- Room cleanliness, service, facilities was good. These areas are to be improved

Worst experience room full of cockroaches when you switch ofd light they will come on to your bed also. AC are too much old. Giving very bad smell you can't sit in that smell. It stopped working at 1am then I shifted the room other AC working without cooling same bad same more tha previous one. Booked it for 4 day have to cancel the booking even free cancellation not available. When I make a call to MMT regarding issue staff member vijay started abusing me. As soon as I checked in, I noticed that the AC is ineffective, had a red light on and made too much noise. I conveyed the problem to the reception and one staff came and tapped on top of the AC and left. I requested them at least 5 times to fix the issue or change the room. They're least bothered; In a place like Chennai AC is a need. I sent a request to MMT in the evening to cancel the booking or to attend the matter. There was no help from MMT as well. Room wasn't cleaned as well. Since I was unable to sleep, I vacated early morning itself. Very good location Unclean room WiFi available but slow Arrogant staff Will never book a room in this Hotel

There were cockroaches present in the room. When I entered, the table was not clean and the ashtray was full, which is not expected. The toiletries need to improve. Old AC still been used, where the cool air outflow was less. Need to use fan.

Room service is OK but you have to purchase your drinking water from the reception or from the local market. The hotel should provide 3 liter drinking water per day. The rooms are neat and clean. The receptionist are responsive and helpful.

Average stay... Nothing much. Value for money certainly. Basic necessity will be fulfilled. Service is good. But overall a average stay at the hotel. Good to stay for a day in this budget hotel.

I was very happy movement actually I booked Saravana lodge in T nagar but I cancelled and booked this hotel Arun International. Neat & clean, the location & the staff is very good. Nearby shopping centres in Usman road nearby fast food centres.
