The rooms are not ready and not up to the standards. Ac remotes without batteries. Location of the property is not appealing. No laundry facility too.

Room is average, not cleaned well and bathroom is worst water not drained and it was very unpleasant. Worst customer service tv not working, no basic amenities. No proper response from housekeeping. Overall average property.

Great place to stay,Hotel rooms are very clean and all the infrastructure is soo good. The hotel maintainance is so good and so clean.Bathroom is spaceous and very clean. Hot water is available for 24/7.☺️

Rooms are nee t and clean, staff are very polite comfortable for family stay. Location very close to kovalam beach.

The place wasn’t well maintained and it was terrible. The staff members especially in the reception were extremely rude. They did not provide any basic amenities mentioned in the amenities section of the booking. When asked for an extra bed because the bed they provided will only accommodate only 2 people, they denied it because we booked.
