Hotel AK International Chennai

The hotel is nice and I have stayed here many times also. But this time my experience was bad. 1. My booking was not showing. I had to call the customer care to get me a room. 2. The reception person told me that I should have done booking directly with hotel and not through MakeMyTrip. This confusion won’t have happened. 3. The telephone in room was not working. 4. When the room was allotted the room AC wasn’t working properly, there was no towel kept and no drinking water kept in the room. So this time the stay was very unpleasant.

first of all,the road in which the hotel is present is at a shabby location.I had booked a superior suite for my parents but they had given them a normal AC room.Later I had found out and only after confrontation they had changed my parents room.Room hygiene is very poor.Sheets are being deprived of laundry for a long time.Pls don't consider this hotel for family or beloved ones

The hotel was good and we had a good room in the first floor itself it was a less crowded area and the ac was also working fine.

The hotel is in a lane which had other lodgesbut that’s not really the problem. I was travelling with my female colleague and the room given to us first was a smoking room smelling so bad. We changed and moved to the one in front where the bed linen was messy and the quilt had stains. The bathroom was okay but wasn’t comfortable for me to stay. As suggestion the hotel needs to work on hygiene. The windows do not open as they are blocked by a signboard I guess. The linen quilts and everything need to be spic and span - They need to buy new ones.

we stayed with family at Hotel AK International Located at Periamedu Chennai,close to Central Railway station and Metro,Auto and cabs are immediately available to travel to beeches and city center,friendly staff,TV,AC was in working condition 😀 Recommended for Families,there is a veg Restaurant in the premises..i would give a solid 4.5/5

It was a good stay overall.Everything went smoothly.It's best part is that it is near the central railway station so it is very convenient to travel also .

Good ambience & staff behaviour and super tasty food. The overall experience was superb and i’ll recommend this hotel to everyone who is traveling for a couple of days for work

It is really a sick place. Lights are warm and over a period of time it brings a lot of negativity. Services are not good and charges are very high. Not worth the money. Car parking is a big issue

Little room and brake fast are also not available. Please share the gst bill

Rooms are too small but it's very neat and hygiene bathroom hot shower is not working u have charged the charges for breakfast but they even don't know about the same but they are saying that they will manage it

It was pleasant stay. Staffs were polite. Hygienic place.

Property was new & it was spic & span. Check in was easy. Booked a superior room, room was good & near. Ac was working really well & no complaints at all. Only the price looked a little expensive for this room which needs to be looked into. Overall experience was good. No complaints at all.

Mosquitoes. Water dripping from ac and made the room wet. No coffee no breakfast. No in room tea/coffe. No dental kid. Phone not working.
