AC in room not working, so 2 night there is no sleep, 2 ed they give another room, but there is no cooling effect with AC. Make my trip, pls do not consider this type of hotel. Also there is no ventilation in the room. Horrible experience for me. The only plus point is, it is walking distance from the central railway station. cleanliness and hotel staff OK.

we reached to the hotel at 10:30 pm and first the reception gave room102 acc room as we came late, later he called us down and told us our room is booked for non ac, and he is asking for 600 ₹ for the same, we refuse to pay. then he switch off the ac . we checked out at 8:00am no importance nothing, in the Room no 102 no hot water, kettle not working, no iron facility, please don't book on make my trip
