The room smelled very bad, bathroom door was broken, The shower and wash basin was not working. Very dirty and unhygienic.

worst room and worst service. Guys this is my genuine review, don't go gor this property, this is just old, worst to live rooms. No cleaning, no proper maintenance of rooms. Even they were reluctant to provide you soap and towel. If you travelling with family please please big no for this. and even solo traveller also, property rooms are not good. there are many others hotels nearby. I would give 0 star for this.

I went to Chennai for an interview and Sapphire residency provided an affordable non-AC single room for a night. If you want to just keep your belongings at one place, sleep comfortably and use a decent washroom, then this is the place. Please don't go for the looks. And it's a few 100 meters from Chennai central. So, overall, it was good.

There are no food facilities, property cleaning is just ok but not good, location is comfortable to reach the railway station and other locations, No more amenities. Only they provide room that's all

old one lot of mosquitos go with coil suitable for bachelors solo travellers boys service is good wifi also available water provided

Dont trust on review writen down for solo traveller its the best hotel the staffs were also good friendly peoples

The behavior of the staffs were rude. The toilets were dirty and it didn't even flush. The rooms didn't have proper ventilation. It's better if you stay in the station. Not recommended at all👎

In one word- a terrible stay. 1. Constant power loss 2.No maintenance 3. poor bathroom facilities ( very dirty) 4. doesn't provide water and other amenities. 5. Mosquito 🦟 disturbance 6. conjusted room 7. surrounding where unhygienic 8. Bucket,mug was old and dirty. 9. old building with zero maintenance 10. Bell ringing sound even in night disturbs sleep( not sound proof)

This Very third class room was given to me here in case any accident who responsible West my money

It was not to much better, but it's okay for staying for oneday in chennai. I stayed in this room one day.
