Stay was nice, it is located near to Chennai central railway station, hotel is situated on main road but nearby area is looking like slum, breakfast is very nice, I like the breakfast most . Handwash was not available, but room is cleaned. Staffs are helpful and cooperative. They are delivering food to rooms also. Un married couples are also allowed which is not good for family guests. But all are nice.

Pearl international was the best choice. Its worth for money, but the only thing is sometimes water will be dripping from the pipe and breakfast we get over before 10 except this everything else is good

The staff is not professional . In the morning breakfast had limited options and staff was busy packing the food from the morning counter . As a result nothing was left to eat and waitied for 10 minutes but no supply came

Can find better rooms for this price

The first room they gave me was right to the corner of a local dirty street and the entire sounds of the locals could be heard inside. I then asked for a change and then they moved me to a better room. Even then sounds of water and people above could be heard inside the room. And it was a bit annoying.

soloFood quality was very bad. Service horrible. No parking area. Lift was out of order and had to use stair. Room rent charged by mm t was rs. 3300- in mfp. But hotel was providing same room at rs. 2400- in mfp. As such i had to pay rs. 900- extra for my stay. This is the 1st and last time i booked through mmt. In future, definitely i shall not book hotel through mm t and shall not recommend anyone to book hotel through mmt.

Really had location. No hygiene bad maintenance and toilets are really worse and the hospitality is really poor and staff are not well mannered will never recommend this place and waste of money please don't go there
