Location is perfect. walkable distance from Chennai Central railway station

No clean washrooms, ac water leakage in room, Break fast dining area is too small have to wait for your turn, min 30 min waiting required

Location of the property was easily accessible, facilities was also good but still the room showed in images and what we got was a little bit different, for me I felt like room was little bit congested, in night had some cockroaches issues and bedbugs were also seen, apart from that it was great staying there this is the second time im staying here.

other than parking and the breakfast, which can be an issue, it's a very nice hotel . lots of good food nearby, easy access to the metro and train

Room is very small and toilet size is not upto the standards. Lot of pests in the room... Location is very good. Breakfast food very nice.

Very bad. Rooms are not clean. And when I gave the card for room cleaning and came back almost 7 hrs later. They didn’t even clean the room yet. And the hotels in a very tight street, it’s very difficult to go there in a car. They don’t have an official parking space also.

Hotel very close the Chennai Central Railway Station & Central Metro. Rooms were clean, staff behaviour good. Complimentary breakfast was nice, but few more variety should be offered for North Indian people. Hotel food was good.

I have stayed in Grand elegant few days back with my sister expecting a professional stay but the room was not at all acceptable. The room was not swept and was having left over chips laying on floor and cockroaches were running through the bed and i dont think they have changed the bedsheets as we have seen few hair on top of the bedsheet. The room was having some faul smell and it was from the comforter which they provided. Again i dont know when was the last they would have cleaned the washroom. On top of this when we had gone out they had done painting for the cubboard inside the room. Who will do such maintenance for a room which is already occupied? And we had to stay with that smell aswell.

Very bad experience, I haven't seen such dirty room in my life , everywhere coachroch were moving on bed , cupboard and washroom. Cupboard was too dirty to put clothes inside. I request make my trip to not categories this property as hotel. It doesn't deserve as hotel.

I Booked a deluxe room for 2 adults and a child, the room was small bathroom had decent space. The overall cleanliness is good l but the bedsheets and towels were old. The receptionist was well behaved but the other service needs to be trained to communicate properly. The complimentary breakfast had very limited options and taste was also below average. this was our worst and traumatic experience. BED BUGS !!!. I booked the Elite room ,but when I reached there they told me that it was sold out so that they will give me the king room(why would they rent out the room which was already paid by someone??).we expected that room to be soo good but it was bare minimum. the washrooms were very smelly ,and the cupboard looked like it was clear in the last century. sinc ei had work to do and documents to update right on time I was completely siting on the small sofa back to this bed . and after that by eveng we went out to some mall came backa dn had dinner ..and went to sleep . by night 2am my body was totally itching. not just normal but very irresistible. I wa scared and went to have a look in the washroom ..and i cannot describe what I felt at that time . my body was completely covered with bed bugs bites .big big bites which was really scary. i couldn't even sit properly because it was painful as well as itchy! 2 of my fingers went numb because of the bite .it is still numb .will have to consult a doctor most probably. and we were praying for zepto to get opened we bought a calamine lotion .that was my saviour. it calmed my irritation . This was the worst experience I've every had. was already tired because of our travel the day before and then this because of this hotels irresponsible cleaning . I don't know when they have washed that bed sheets since when we checked it after I got this allergy the underneath of the sheets were very dirty.

the location was very accessible with in one kilometre to central railway station and metro station it hardly take 8-10 min walk to the railway connectivity. The hotel is clean with all basic amenities , good behaving staff and we can even order food from the hotels restaurant (they take 15-20 mins and prices are moderate) or even from outside eateries . my only complaint is there is cockroach infestation and there are mosquitos in the room and also the bedsheets are with stains .....

It was average, the food was okay as some items were bad but some were alright. The room was unclean, stains on wall in both bathroom and bedroom. Bathroom was clean but still in bad condition, more like lodge. Service was alright too, they did everything we asked them to on time but talking to them felt like a chore, the people were not very responsive. So overall, an average budget stay.

Very nice hotel & staff was very cooperative. Breakfast was seems good. Rooms are comfortable and effortable.
