Rooms were neat and clean , great quality for the price paid. Only breakfast option could have been better. otherwise it is nice stay.

I had an excellent experience during my recent stay. The moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me warmly and made check‑in quick and easy. My room was clean, spacious, and beautifully arranged, offering a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the housekeeping team ensured everything was spotless throughout my stay.

Unmarried they denied and treated very low I front of others. Which is really bad

The location was good, but the hotel management was bad. Only one guy was there to assist he doesn't know either English nor Hindi. Hard to communicate. And plus the bedsheet was dirty and breakfast too they said they will provide at 8 o'clock as I already told them I am leaving soon but they promise me to provide it by8.30 still then no breakfast

Worst hotel i have ever seen bad toilets pathetic. Such a poor service. I won’t recommend anyone to go to KANS hotel and no breakfast as well they start at 8-8:30

Good for business traveller, not with family, outside the city, has a great veg restaurant nearby, difficult to get cab from here.

Seems fine but bathroom is very very tiny. There is no buffet for breakfast

Location wise is good, no restaurant, power was on and off the AC was giving us trouble, so we have switched off and used fan, washroom was very small, some work was going on.

Property is very good. Staff is also good and immediate response and decent behaviour. Room is very good and maintained good ambience. Parking also is sufficient. Bathroom is too small comparing with other hotel stay. Overall very good.

The hotel is located right in the centre of the city and all necessary services like transportation, food, etc are easily accessible. The rooms are excellent and I couldn’t believe that they are providing those kind of beautiful rooms in a very affordable price. They have a good parking space for both two wheelers and cars. Maintenance is so good with great hospitality. The employees are also good and decent. Overall a great experience among all the 3 star hotels that I stayed in Chennai.

Room need to be cleaned well and dust is there.tv is not working and the telephone also not working.
