Yes The stay was worse, no hot water is been provided other than morning 6 to 10 Cockroaches were there in the room as well bathroom Bed was also not comfortable as it was very hard Only 1 light was present in the room, no proper lighting, room looks very dim No intercom/land-line, we have to reach to the receptionist for any kind of room services Towels also not clean No dental kit is been providing

1. AC was stinking. 2. TV channel were not available. The voice was breaking every 30 seconds. 3. The toilet Gun was broken. 4. The door did not have handle from inside to open or close it. 5. Wardrobes torn. There is no way that I can use your facility next time or refer your facilities.

Entire hotel was shady and not at all safe .no wifi ..room had cockroaches ..bed was lumpy and itchy ...no tissue in toilet ..flush was not working ... bar was trashy with loud music playing in reception...did not feel safe at all during my stay with my daughter . completely dissatisfied and I checked out within 1 night while I had paid for 2 nights .i need a refund .I also called makemy trip helpline while I was in room. .but no response and no refund was given . I had to book another hotel for double the cost for the next night ..

I won't recommend this hotel to any human or living being; it's the worst experience. I checked in at 8 PM after a long journey. The location is really bad it is in the middle of the market on one side, bus stand on the other since it is an interstate bus stand entire night you can hear the horn noise. There is a bar in the first which is a local one I would recommend family, couple or even a decent person to stay here. Once checked into the room cigarette smell was there and the flush was not working. The receptionist gave another room with the same condition. Since I was very tired I didn’t want to change again. Morning when I woke up and was about to brush the water looks different and smelled very dirty so I filled the bucket and the photo I will share in the review. Literally drained water and I immediately vacated the hotel and booked another hotel. I don’t want anyone to make the same mistake. Please don’t go to that hotel and waste money.
