Average stay at this hotel. Response of staff is slow and they didn't provide the basic amenities.

very very disappointed as the room was not ready at the moment we reached and when provided it's AC was not working as well as the bathroom was also smelling and dirty as hell. No one was there to assist and when complained many times they changed the room and that was also not ready till night and we have to wait again . Totally waste of money & time . A very disappointing experience,enough to ruin the experience.,

Location of GMT Centre is 5 minutes walking distance from Central Railway station, their restaurant privides tasty food in affordable price. Excellent hotel with reasonable price..

They doesn't even provided us a extra pillow Then the are like rude and like doesn't like our visit

The hotel's location was good, but the service was very poor. We didn't receive a blanket, the room was too small for three adults, and there were only two pillows. The hotel is just bare minimum place to stay. The bedsheets have stains on them, the ac remote did not work, the duvet was smelling.

I find it in Make my trip while checking nearest hotel to chennai central. Stay in the hotel is average as no amenities is provided.

Room was not clean & suitable for family stay

The staff did not show any interest in our stay. Only after a rigourous search , they found out our booking. Bathroom was in a poor condition.

worst premises. no cleanliness. No wifi provided. When asked about the wifi password they mentioned that it is under maintenance but we. an see the wifi active.

The hotel location is super convenient as it is very near to Chennai Central Station. But the room service was poor. I had travelled with my wife. Even if I had booked AC Room. They didn't provide even drinking water and toilet soap. The cleanliness was below average. I had to ask for tv and ac remote cells. Although they provided immediately but it could have been better. Most importantly they did not prove me invoice for my stay

except location nothing is good about this place. Please do not book this hotel if you want comfort or want to chill

Only recommended for solo travellers not suitable for family stay. They charge too much for the facility they provide.

It was a comfortable and enjoyable stay at hotel gmt centre for 2 nights. It was a truly memorable experience. The room was good, spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was modern and clean, with geyser. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring chennai city. Both railway stations are nearby. Marina beach is close from the hotel. Bus and taxi and auto facilities can be availed easily. Overall, i would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The combination of a nice room and perfect location made for a wonderful experience.

night manager was very rude,,, i asked him to change the pillow at 11 p.m but, he told that we can't avail it at night,you have to wait till morning! i told him if pillow is for sleeping not for bathing

The rooms was large enough to accommodate 3 adults. Ac was working fine. The location is in close proximity to chennai central and sowcarpet. Near by eateries available. Few let downs were, no wifi. Apart from this nothing else. The staffs were very friendly.

Bathroom is not clean, room is not arranged properly, guests are not welcomed properly. Now i am on bengalore
