No staff at the reception counter. Bathroom accessories were not provided. Blanket was also not provided in the bedroom. Drinking water facilities was poor and lacked restaurant facilities.

They mentioned wlan available. But they are not provided wifi passwords. They are not provided any bathing kits and complementary water bottles like other rooms

The room was full of mosquitos, washroom was dirty, the water in the washroom was yellow in color. God knows whether it was poop water or something. Please never go to this place, save your money and find other hotels. And this one is ridiculously overpriced.

We booked it for 3 members, but the hotel provided us a room for 2 persons. Also there are no amenities, no service.

Mosquito issue is there. Even after that goodnight coil, we cannot sleep peacefully. The dustbin is already filled with some wastes while we entering in. Not worth for that the amount.
