When i went to Hotel Manager said there is no such booking I showed the voucher but still he didnt accepted as he didnt had whatsapp confirmation Later i asked him to check email & booking was made But due to renovation, no room was available. Finally after 1hr of agrumemt , he gave me worst room where no light, no water. No hot water, no bedding, no soap & towel. Worst experience

Average Stay
One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was dirty, bedsheets were undone and obviously not changed. No towels were provided, and there was no hot water – basic essentials were completely missing.

It was very good but it does not last for 24 hours. If we wake up at 11 pm then everyone knows it will be 11 pm, so there is a little problem.

Terrible experience
Lift not working, no continuous water supply, phone not working, later changed the room which was alright. Supportive staff, rooms were spacious but need to improve on basic services. Also found cockroach in the bed.

Hotel under maintenance, no water supply, room is good, bathroom not good, 12 o'clock check in only.

Restroom was too dirty with odd smell it was slippery too lot of mosquitoes inside room no water bottle or toiletries provided lift was also not working have a worst experience won't recommend this anyone

Poor Stay
We stayed 4 days in this hotel, first of all here staff were not cooperative, they did not support seniour citizens. Our room telephone were dead. We continuous call the staff but they didn't attend it, rooms were not clean within time, lift was not working for seniour citizen it is very difficult, they would not arrange rooms in ground floor after continuous request.

Worth for money but service could be improved
For the price, the stay was quite good as they were ac rooms and spacious. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. 1 room can easily accommodate 3 people. Many charging points as well. But service could be better. We did not receive any toiletries and even after multiple reminders, they did not provide drinking water. During our stay, there were frequent powercuts too. We booked 5 rooms but was given only 2 during check in which was at 12 pm and rest hours later. Since we had to go out after check in we didn't mind, but hopefully this won't be repeated. Easily locatable and near to teynampet metro.

Treble stay no peroper service guys don’t waste your money better you can

businessPLEASE DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL, They are rude, they are not providing basic things like drinking water not available, bath soap not available, you have to sleep with lots of Mosquitos and cockroaches everywhere in room in washroom water blocking one bucket with one mug only fill with muds and above all lift is not working on 3rd floor you have to carry your luggage and go, PLEASE DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL SPECIALLY WITH THE FAMILY.

Need to get rid of bed bug first because it’s all over and they bite you real bad, rest all are ok. . If this thing are not sorted out, then this place will show you hell.

When i was stayed in the hotel they doesn't have towel. Next day they have provided towel. Also they doesn't have blanket. So many mosquito are there. Room service was not good.

Not worth for money
Not worth for money. Water was flowing from windows when raining and even after calling service twice no response from the hotel people. No maintenance. The building looks very untidy. The room does not meet even basic necessities like dustbin. Not suitable for family. Bathroom was unclean. Even bed was not neat. Amenities mentioned in the app is not present in hotel. Lift was not working and we had to climb 3 floors everytime.
