Good one to stay for low coat budget

Location wise very near to central railway Station And for Solo business travellers. It is good to stay for budget price.

Very good experience, staff is very polite, all needed facilities are very closed.

The rooms are clean and hygienic. Staffs are very kind. Good experience full facilities available nearby locality is good.

Not up-to the mark. Room not airy, no lock in bathroom, uncomfortable bed and room full of mosquitoes.
The room was not comfortable for 3 persons. Bed and pillow were too uncomfortable. The lock of the bathroom was broken.

Location is interior. Staff show good hospitality and assistance.
Locality is not reachable as easy as other hotels.

Not good for stay. The room is clean and bathroom is also clean and air conditioner is not working properly.

Worthy for location. 24 hours receiving. No water heater. Near to central station.

I have book 3 rooms on 11 march 2016 for one night. When I come to hotel, receptionist has said me there is no room in my hotel so, we are provided alternative hotel within same price. I have no options because we have 6 people and two child of under 3 yrs age and time is 7 pm. In the night where can I find another hotel, so we will decide let's go with alternative accommodation. Then hoteliers are transfer my family in their tie up hotel. The kingsway guest house, greams road. This is a very bad hotel. I have book double bedrooms, they provide single, suffocated room. Bathroom drain is blocked. Staff were rude. No drinking water in the hotel. Dust and cockroaches are everywhere. All of this nonsense are made by silver park guest house. They receive booking behalf of Makemytrip and they cheat customer also. Silver Park Guest House has tie up with many third class hotel. All these hotels uses the name of Silver Park Guest House. By behalf of Makemytrip. Kindly, request to all of reader don't go with a cheater.

It is a budget hotel, which is very near to central railway station. I can't say it is excellent, but it is less to excellent. Overall, for business purpose stay it is the good hotel I can say. It's simple and good. The cleanliness is good in the room. I think in the budget it is the good room I can suggest.

Very bad experience. This Hotel is just like a Lodge, not good for family.
