Palette Nanganallur Metro Station

Location of the property is good. Room & washrooms are not upto the expectation w.r.t cleanliness. No water is available in the washroom in flushing portion. They provide only soap and not all toiletries. Their restaurant is good and breakfast is verygood.

I am surprised is dealing with such pathetic hotels very disappointed and let me down the hotel was a mess waste of money and I even booked one more day as they were very un help ful I reached there this morning at 6:30 am and got the room by 8:45 that non working ac room no fan after repeatedly going down tothe reception the person came and finally at 9:15 and changed roo. now ac was working wash room was bad then the public toilet as I had a very early morning flight i simply went to bed on a very bad mattress sticking disappointed whole of my day was ruined due on a very important deal closer meeting if are providing this service

Its not clean

The stay was horrible with no facilities proper, there was issue with WiFi, plug points, mattress, no hot water, AC not working, hole in wall where cockroach was entering etc., Worst stay overall

We arrived at 5:00 on 15th October 25 and were told our room was "not quite ready," us to wait 45 minutes to find the property we were then allocated Room No 225 and 226 and then the issue started 1) Room No 226 AC was not working and we were provided table fan. 2) Room no 225 toilet Hand shower was not working. 3) Both the Room were not cleaned and Rooms and corridors were stinking like dead rat. 4) Bed mattress was making noise in both the Room 5) No hotel water in entire hotel. 6) No stable wifi in entire hotel. 7) we have booked 2 Room for 4 person but breakfast was given only for 2 persons. we have spoken to customer care also as this is property and we have share the concern with them. The rating on MMT app is 4.1 for this property we don't know who has given this rating.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing—the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, the TV didn’t function, and the rooms were dirty with cockroaches and an old, unpleasant smell due to lack of ventilation. The only positive aspect is its proximity to the airport, but beyond that I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Worst stay, no AC, cleanliness is at it’s worst, staff are too rude. Had a very bad experience overall.

My stay at Palette alandur was very disappointing First of all the hotel itself has a different name - Hotel Vijay Park We were checked in to our rooms which had a bad smell already and no real cleaning The cupboard in the room had an empty liquor bottle and there were also 2-3 cockroaches in the room The flush wasn't working in the bathroom I had to personally go down to the reception desk 5-6 times just to ask for basic stuff like towels and cutlery to eat our food( which we were given after like 2 hours of asking) They didn't even have the basic courtesy of delivering our order form the reception to the room There are only 2 members under the name of staff Please save your money and peace of mind and find another hotel

I was very disappointed with my stay. The bed sheets were stained, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned — there was a foul smell coming from the drain. The air conditioning hardly worked, making the room uncomfortable. On top of that,. For the price charged, I expected much better. I would not recommend this hotel unless improvements are made in cleanliness and ma I was very disappointed with my stay. Worst property

First of all property name was something else when I reached, food was ok average, one day only went for breakfast where everything was empty in the utensils, no coffee too.. room was worst full of mosquitos and broken panels of switch boards, bed was bad the moment u air on the bed u go inside and because of the unhygienic situation i got scratches all over.. bathroom was also very compact and with no jet spray working no dental kit .. I had asked for room change which they said they will do it when I asked them again they said they don’t have any rooms available I was wondering whose staying in this property then as I saw few room empty on my floor.. one of the worst decision ever to stay at this property..

Rooms were not clean and smelly. it was terrible to even get a proper breath inside the room without opening the door. To begin with, there is no Palette Alandur hotel, the signage says Oyo Alandur. The room was nowhere even lose to what has been shown in photo. It stinked, had cockroaches and the mattress was in bad shape. I checked out within 5 minutes of checking in knowing very well that neither hotel will refund the money.

Environment was completely safe for children. Room was child proofed and secure. Staff were alert to family safety.

Room was dirty without any basic amenities. Toilet was not hygienic. Poor response from reception. Furnitures were full of fungal.

dirty rooms, no cleaning, no hot water, beds are not good quality, some stinking smell throughout corridors, no ventilation, network inside room is poor and wifi in hotel is not working, non co operative staffs, I m not getting more words to describe, I won't go to that hotel in future and won't recommend to anyone
