Location is very convenient from Airport. Check-in is available throughout the night, so if you have late night arrival in Chennai then this is good option. Staff is very professional, humble and helpful. Room was spacious and was having a work table, TV, wardrobe and makeup mirror. I had booked room with Breakfast, all items served were fresh and very delicious.

Instead of king bed, Twin bed has been given for my booking initially. When asked about this, reception denied and told that there is no such mention of king bed in my booking. After asking them to recheck, they come up with idea of combining the twin bed which me the most and doing all of this keeping a king bed room available. Later king bed room was allotted and given . All this happened at midnight 1 AM which led to this rating. Please provide the room and amenities that I have paid for instead of convincing that there is no such room available and coming up with such combining twin bed ideas. Providing the room and bed that I have paid for is hotel’s primary responsibility .

provided 1 towel for 2 guests. 1 toothbrush for 2 guests. Room has an mouldy odour. whoever stays is definitely going to get sick. pillows and mattressess were not comfortable and the sheets were not clean

Front desk is absolutely rude. I had few visiting me but they were restricting them. Lobby area so hot, because the frontdesk people keep turning it off. The restaurant looks so . We could not sleep well as we could hear people dragging things along the corridor. Also we could hear traffic noise as the bathroom window was broken.
