Hi to all readers, My stay was decent and comfortable. AC was effective as it's a central AC system. Cleanliness was acceptable however the bed mattress was too soft and needed an immediate replacement. Other than this, the NK GRAND PARK AIRPORT HOTEL location is excellent as it is about 2 kms from the airport. I can recommend this Hotel to anyone who is looking for a reasonable and a decent option for a stay. I did not go to the NK GRAND PARK AIRPORT HOTEL restaurant as I am a vegetarian and they have a Veg & Nonveg restaurant. But a good option for a stay !! I was also very happy with my booking experience on Make my trip so kudos to Make My Trip as well !!!

The room was very clean and staffs were very polite. But as mentioned in booking executive room with breakfast i get a complimentry welcome drink on arrival, that i didn't get. After asking for that they told me to serve the drink on departure, but they didn't served to us. Otherwise the NK GRAND PARK AIRPORT HOTEL was good, restaurant was also good.

Everything was fine , but the toilet flush wasn’t working ! I raised a concern 2 times , they told me that it will work good once they put pressure motor , but there is no change even after that , mainly bath shower was not working !
