interfering in private life of customers repeatedly. even watching customers in toilet not only by management people even house keeping staff too are given liberty to watch customers in toilet. MOST INHUMAN BEHAVIOR BY MANAHEMENT.

Excellent stay. Good staff. Breakfast also good. And parking also located in good area. Special mentioning front office staffs ms. Jeevalata is friendly manner.

The room is very small and not maintained well. The room is so sofocated. There is one person at the reception and he is not aware about the booking.

Great for a one-night stay! the staff is courteous and the location is prime with excellent accessibility. We stayed for 3 nights for a friend's wedding. Cabs and rapid o are easily available, and the bus stop is nearby. Note: visitors are not allowed. Perfect for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Even though i had booked a ac room and paid in advance the hotel manager asked me to show the transaction proof he said for that amount i can't get a ac room and i even showed that i had booked ac room so i had to pay him extra 500 for a ac room because it was 12:30am and i had no other choice

Small room, no ventilation which makes it super hot inside and mosquitoes are also there. The hotel staff wont even give mosquito repellent. Waste of 1600 rs.

Room at ground floor with no window, smell. Not worth for 2k charges. If you wish to stay overnight to take early flight from airport then may think for it.

Cheap hotel and cheap service, it’s close from the airport, good only u have to rest for few hours during transit. Terrible in terms of service, no bottled bottle, they offered water in a mug without even a glass to drink. Ac was charged 400 extra. Check out was 12 pm but was continuously knocked at the door and reminder started from 11 pm. No intercom. Overall not worth the money

This stay is very horrible. Non ac is not informed before booking. When start booking says 0 advance payment. When started booking started asking the payment. And no cancellation.

Looked for a short stay hotel for the night and found this hotel. Close to airport, room, linen was clean, bathroom was clean. Staffs are friendly. Ro water served. Clean towel and a soap. From airport road it is 2 mins away in pallavaram. 2. 5 km distance from airport. Several shops nearby. Good place to stay

the staff was helpful and kind. we arrived late because of the flight and they waited for us. Location is very good for those arriving in Chennai or leaving by plane. Room was okay but it could have been cleaner for the price.

Stay was just average. Good for short stay who prefer economy rates. Close to airport and they don't provide packaged water bottle. No intercom facility and there is no tv remote in rooms.
