Worst hotel experience ever. Booked through MakeMyTrip but completely regret it. The property does not even provide basic facilities. There was no phone or intercom in the rooms, so you cannot call reception for any help. No room service at all. Parking is not proper. The AC makes a loud noise like a grinder and the fan has no regulator – it only runs at full speed. Because of the noise, it was impossible to sleep properly. The TV remote didn’t work either. The hotel also has a very old model lift which is unsafe and unreliable. If someone leaves the door open on another floor, the lift stops working and cannot come to your floor, so we had to take the stairs. Another serious issue is that the amenities shown in the MakeMyTrip app are misleading. For example, they mention that the hotel has a restaurant, but in reality, there is no restaurant at all. Guests are left with no proper food option inside the property. This hotel is highly mismanaged and not worth the money. Do not book this place if you value your comfort and peace. Surprising that MMT even lists such a property.

Complementary breakfast included at the time of booking but not provided, bathroom are not clean and leakage, renovation work is going and so much nice coming inside room

I only stayed for one night. it was okay for that but longer duration might be problematic because the sink didn't drain properly. but the manager provided cab when their shuttle was not available. so that's a good point.

Hotel is okay for the amount charged. But needs much improvement in terms of dusting, walls seepage. People are good, providing information. But services weren't there to provide. Overall for 1 or 2 days stay for any work nearby airport, you can prefer this hotel.

Reception horrible person. Very bad behaviour. Even one more room we want to take, but he charging double

Room size was average, service was average close to the airport situated on main road so easy access.

The room was not clean i asked the reception staff to do some room spray. Room service was not available. Not satisfied

Bathroom shower, flush are break not in use. Tv is off, restaurant is off. Deemak in all wooden furniture

Worst possible experience one can think of. The room had a dead lizard under the bed, it's carcass still not cleaned. Quality of linen was poor& dirty. The mattress of the bed was too bad, taking away the whole night sleep of me & my family. When requested for hot water, the attendants bluffed that they have switched it on, but there was no hot water in the tap for the next 30 mins. Pls stay away from such hotels which are a sham in the name of it. I strongly suggest mm t to deregister such third rate hotels from its platform

Recently i stayed at hotel mars in pallavaram, chennai was not a neat room. I thought it was a better room set up. But not. Worst stay. No amenities provided. I even asked for a room fresher to avoid the smell in room they didn't deliver. There is a hole on the celling of rest room. It was night so i not able to check in another hotel

Firstly i have booked a triple occupancy executive room but when we boarded the property we were allotted a double occupancy standard room with bad odour inside. I asked for towels but had too long for the same. The worst thing is that they even can't provide package drinking water which later i had to purchase from outside. Last but not the least during booking they have shown complimentary drop off to airport which we have also discussed with them and the manager who was on night duty have noted down the dropping time but when we asked for dropping next morning they said it's not able at that point of time and will be available after check out.

Worst experience to stay. In this hotel atmosphere lot of defference with images. Reception person also money minded. It not a standard level of hotel just as a room. But they collect more money.

I stayed for one night and unfortunately found the room to be very dirty. The blankets were not washed and changed, and i experienced discomfort due to bed bugs biting me on the neck, resulting in rashes.

The room that we got was on 3 rd floor. There is no lift. We carried out luggage to the room. The entire floor is under construction. The wires and other equipments were hanging from the ceiling. We were the only people in that floor. The food also not prepared well from them for the price they are asking. Only good thing is they have free airport transfer.

When entered the hotel the lift was not working. Found bed bugs in the room and room had been changed. Then found there is no shower at the bathroom nor bucket for bathing. No towels provided. No intercom facility to call room boy. So pathetic. But the charges were like 3 star hotel

Very boas stay, no water in bathroom, dust in bed, ac not working, please never book that hotel at any cost not worth even 500 and they are charging 2500

As i reached, they told me. i needed to pay for the rooms if i want to stay. The restaurant was not functioning. Finally, i did not budge. I told them i will sleep in the reception chair and not going anywhere, as my hotel booking was confirmed and payment completed. Later they gave me a room and accepted the booking. they are trying to fool people. They did not provide bucket or mug in the bathroom. Airport dropping was smooth. Overall, not a good experience

The hotel was a terrible experience, plagued by bed bugs, damp rooms, cockroaches, and unfriendly staff. It's hard to fathom how they continue to operate their business.

Rooms are stinky and not properly maintained. Not good for family. Better to avoid. If not, only bachelors can stay that with bug.
