Even if the package was having complimentary airport drop, they were not acknowledging and had a argument for 15 minutes. I was abused. They were not agreeing and finally they were saying that I have cancelled the booking. I asked them to check the mail and then they agreed. I legit had to check their phone and show the mail from MakeMyTrip to show by the booking ID and then finally they agreed, but still they didn’t give the service mentioning multiple issues. Horrible experience.

The property was way below par in comparison to price they charged. The room was too small to hardly keep things anywhere. In MMT advertising Bar was mentioned but there was no bar. The spring mattress broke my back and I had to ask for another mattress for which they gave me an another hard one which even worsened my back. Fitting in bathroom were rusted and hardly working. Breakfast was barely ready with waiting time for all items. Overall I wouldn’t go there even in worst of my dreams

The room was booked with complimentary airport drop-off but Hotel refused to honor the complimentary airport dropoff service citing the last night service was not provided. Hotel management should realize that international flights mostly scheduled to depart in the night or early morning and that's why people choose the hotel closer to the airport.

The hotel is average but has a good staff, First they allocated me a worst room later, I spoke to MMT agent and they changed my Room immediately.
