VALUE HOTEL - CHENNAI AIRPORT

Room stay was very worst And waste of money

First of all the bed sheet was dirty and thn the bed was so uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep at night..the mattress was all broken from inside.I have a body ache after tht.the towel also has marks on it..terrible stay

The table was dusty and not able to work. Location was ok.. not sure about food as i stayed only few hrs

reception staff was very good , but the room and amenities were very very poor all time water dropping in the washroom at high speed , after complaining to the staff, no action was taken. heavy smell in the room. After complaining to reception , spraying was done. The bed and mattress quality was very very poor.

Hotel location is great. Staff behaviour was good cleanliness need to improve. I asked for late night check-in and it was easily considered. Overall nice stay.

Very pleasant and accommodating staff. Airport drop off hours took only 15 minutes and everything went well.

It is a lodge, not a hotel. Not suitable for couples and families. Bathroom is not very clean. Not worth for money

Room are not provided on time. Staff don't know is there any room allotted against my reservation or not. No water supply in wash rooms.

The only reason I booked this hotel is that it's very close to the airport. NO LIFT, ROOMS ARE VERY SMALL, ROOMS ARE FULL OF DUST. It was a terrible stay.

It's an old building and renovation work is not up to the mark. it clearly shows that the building is very damaged. Very poor cleaning of the room, wash room. No hot water No wifi very bad smell
