very worst hotel no parking for bike and all drunken fellows and also at the entrance of the hotel road tasmac was there its worst hotel to stay won't prefer to anyone.

I have been stayed here more than 5 days. Overall location is excellent, Room is average, Food is also good Service is average.

The location and facilities were fine. No food, but lots of eataiers near around the stay. The place was very clean and staff are very helpful. Located near to all places. Good stay at this price.

Hygiene must be improved, the cot was completely messy which is unhygienic to sleep on.

location is close to Chepauk stadium amd Marina Beach, walkable distance. Lot pf places to explore nearby.

room was well cleaned with bathroom. reception was well mannered and cooperative. there was smart tv. well connected to nearby market and eatery.

Value for money, place easily accessible through metro and mtc busses, has accessibility to almost all places and 2 kilometers away from beach

Worst place just like a red light area and third class service by mmt. Will never use mmt again ever in my life. I had to checkout immediately i saw the room

Make My Trip should blacklist this property. While the reservation clearly stated check-out time as “before 12 pm” on 24th Dec, the property manager insisted that check out is 6:30 am and evicted my driver, Mr. Tamil Arasan, at 6:30 am. This is blatant cheating and brings disrepute to Make My Trip. I request that Make My Trip investigate this incident and not just leave customers to the mercy of the hotel.

There was no wash basin. The bathroom was pretty basic, and using the toilet wasn't the most comfortable experience i had. It was okay for a one day stay.

Clean neat non ac twin bed room, lift. Available, no parking, staff behaviour good, veg, nonveg food options available near by. Metro, station and bus stop nearby. Good for short stay and for solo traveler’s. Worth for the amount paid. Consider on my next visit.

Budget friendly with location in heart of the city with very good connectivity

Everything here is good. Staff is friendly also there is no such strict check in time you can also do pure check in. It's more like 24 hours stay whenever you want to use it.

Had a comfortable stay at premier mansion. 5 minutes walk from the nearby metro station government estate. Highly recommended especially for solo travellers.
