Service of hotel staff was friendly except the hotel staff Mr. Christopher. His behaviour was very rude and vulgar and defamed the hotel reputation. Other facilities of the hotel is average.

It’s on the main road, reachable distance from bus stop and railway station, amenities and services are good. Food not provided but lots of restaurants are near by stay.

Property is very near GST, it's good for People come from other states for SRM University, but restroom and bathrooms were not clean, it's full of strains.

Pretty decent rooms with a bed and clean washroom. The staff, mr. Christopher was very kind and helpful. It's a good place if you're on a business trip and your only objective is to sleep and shower in the room.

Location is plus. Room is ok. According to me, rating is between average and good. Staffs are ok. They given water bottle while check in. Bathroom is somehow ok. Wifi connections are available but i haven't used it. Tv is ok but it was not working due to recharge. They did recharge after i have requested.

Room size is small. Location is near srm. Hitel is besides the road. Good connectivity for srm. Price of room is higher.

Food in nearest hotel is not good. It is nearly 2 km away from s rm kt r main campus. It is on side of national highway. Autoriksha charges rs 150 from ram residency to s rm main campus for one way travel.
