Hotel Villa Highnest - Oragadam

I recently stayed at this hotel during a short business trip, and overall, it was a fairly positive experience. The location of the hotel is quite convenient, especially for travelers who want quick access to the city or nearby transit points. Upon arrival, the check-in process was extremely smooth. The front desk staff were polite, efficient, and made sure that I was allotted my room without any delays, which was definitely appreciated after a long journey. The room was well laid out and had all the basic amenities one would expect. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked fine, and the general ambiance of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. However, the one area where I feel the hotel could improve significantly is cleanliness. While the room looked neat at first glance, a closer inspection revealed that certain areas like the bathroom corners and floor edges had not been cleaned thoroughly. Some dust was also noticeable on furniture surfaces. These might seem like minor things, but for a guest, cleanliness plays a big role in feeling comfortable and safe — especially in today’s time. I believe this issue may not be a result of neglect but perhaps just a gap in the housekeeping checklist or time management. I hope the hotel management takes this as constructive feedback and ensures more attention is given to detail in future room cleaning schedules. That said, the staff attitude, check-in experience, and location are all great plus points for this hotel. I would still consider staying here again, assuming improvements are made in cleanliness, as everything else was up to the mark.

I find that Hotel villa highest is best for business travellers as it has all the facilities the hotel is well maintained the staff is good and behaviour is excellent specially at the reception he is ready to do all the things that customers wants and the chef is also cooperative and make good food according to the customer needs

Infrastructure is good but not maintained. Very poor hygiene in the toilets. Room service staff is not available. very rude behavior of the staff. Water taps are not in working conditions in the bathroom. Facing very embarrassing situation. Basic amenities like toilet paper, Paper tissues, complementary tea/coffee.

No phone in the room to call reception No restaurant, have to order food on phone Bathroom shower was faulty

location is good .but for food dinner they not provide kanda,limbu as everywhere it is served with food.. asked to purchase 100 rs. plate also it's in room not provided electric kettle kit with tea baggage in breakfast only limited menu 2 idli and upma..taste good but need more improving.. as compared to cost of booking which is not acceptable Power off issue at the sleeping time which is very embrasive

This hotel is not good clean and food also not good

Could not stay in the room for even 5 minutes. very poorly maintained, and the hotel is only opened if caretaker sees booking has been done. also, the caretaker himself keeps submitting fake good reviews , to maintain a good rating, into booking the room there in the first place. DO NOT GO UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Dirty kitchen and even the cooks looked unbathed and unclean. The room was ok. Bed looked clean. But the bathroom had old and oxidated faucets, cobwebs everywhere.

Prakash has been extremely helpful. He is the caretaker of the property. Great location and food is awesome.

No service, unclean rooms, no toiletries, no hot water and food quality is very poor. Water was filled in entrance

As always a good calm place to stay. Excellent ambience and proximal to sipcot. Good for traveller's visiting sip-cot for business needs.

Tv is there but not recharging after telling also, no hot water at morning time, wi-fi also not working properly, no speed

Overall it was a good experience & everything is in a cleaned condition. Interior was good and ambience was also

Stay was excellent. Customized food to suit customer needs. Rooms very spacious and tidy. Proximal to industrial units away from city saved travel time. Internet services need improvement.

Room are dusty and when we on fan switch due to dust you get cough, no proper food options to order, telephone in room not working. Reception and area around room are dusty too. One of the horrible stay experience

Horrible stay, it's haunted with no guests in any room. No hot water in the bathroom, we need to wait for 30 min to get hot water from the ground floor. Never come back to this hotel again

The hotel is great but you don't have many places to eat nearby. The food at the hotel is a bit costly for the quality it offers.
