Stay was good and especially dinner and breakfast was super and economical

Really appreciate excellent service from the hotel team. Nice and clean room. really caring staff. Mr Sathya, Praveen and Yuvaraj really help customer to provide timely services. in case of any issue, they give immediate response. always comes with smile and attend the customer at any point in time. Really appreciate their dedication and I wish they keep doing good work in days to come as well.. thank you for entire team.

Very disappointed ! i stayed for 14 hrs. Due to early check in, one of the attendee didnt allot the room. He had asked me to stay in a living area for 3hrs later some how he managed to provide me a room which is of temporary. After i left for an buisness meet nearby. It was surprised me that none of my luggage was visible. After calling the attendee he said that he will provide one more room for now u adjust for sometime he said. In this way this actisai team keeps swapping the rooms & they dont provide u the room keys. Their is no safety locker also for your valuables to store

Not happy

No attending person, property is in a very bad condition with a very foul smell and we were absolutely promised a refund but it was not yet done. we could not do anything let alone sleep there but had to find another location at the last minute. We hope you find a solution for this and get back to us.
