I was quite disappointed with my stay. The room was not clean, and the bedsheets looked old and worn out. Overall hygiene was poor, and the cleanliness did not match the expectations for the price. Definitely not worth per night. The hotel needs to improve its housekeeping and maintenance standards.

Breakfast good , but no proper maintaining in cleanliness. I found hair on the bed and staff where rude and we were getting cigarettes pungent smell in our room and bathrooms are not neat . Despite of all this they argue about their checkout time .

Very nice place. Came for a family meet. Place was calm and comfortable. Brekfast adequate. Easy access to cab and metro to anywhere.

1. The hotel is not worth the money. 2. Cleanliness is not good 3. The bed and towels are not washed properly 4. There is no restaurant in the hotel and nearby 5. Room was striking 6. First they gave me one room 107 in that the cot was not good, then I told them to change the room , they gave me 214. 7. Water was very slow on the tap. 8. Tv remote and set. The box was not working so they came and changed . 9. They had telephone but it was not working 10. Overall not worth for money which

Dear sir. Firstly apologies for not able to satisfy you. 1. Room 107 is taken by a guest for 2 months stay since 13sep. Today is 16th and be is very very comfortable and going to stay in that room for 57 more days. This is FYI 2. As for as restaurant we have given several times that we have less inventory and running a restaurant results in wastage of food and hence we are not running it except for free breakfast. 3. The new guest is highly satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and doesn't even want a change of room as it is very very comfortable for him. 4. The remote for tv needed a battery change and it can be changed only after we receive a complaint. And it was changed immediately for you. All your points are covered. For this budget we are providing hispeed wifi with 12 pax lift power back up free breakfast with boiled egg airtel dth and so on. For your expectations we recommend that you go for star hotels with a minimum budget of 5000 per nite so that all your needs are satisfied sir. Apologies for not being able to meet your expectations. Thank you.

Location is good infact prime area, breakfast we haven't tried. Not at all hygiene. Pathetic state of bathroom. Lights were flickering. Mugs and buckets were with black fungus. Bedsheets were not clean. Floor was not clean, not even dry clean done.Dust all over. Wouldn't recommend

You came very late nite and checked out very early in the morning. But we are not sure how you found all these problems. Even is 5 star hotel more than one ltr water is chargeable sir. Hence we sincerely request you to be prepared for a budget hotel with good facilities to stay and not expect 5 star facility in budget accomodation. We also have a superior room in our hotel. It's only 30% extra cost. Next time kindly try it out sir. Still we apologise for the inconveniences caused. Thank you sir

But we are not sure why you extended the room inspite of the room not being in a usable way. We have seen your photos but there does not seem to be anything wrong. You asked for bathroom cleaning and the staff have done the same job for you. But unfortunately even after all these service you have posted such a bad coment sir. It is very very hurting. Hotel was decent and the problem faced as AC cooling was not up to the mark start cooling, but but even even though, after after couple of hours, calling receiver experience what actually we used to get mattress little noisy, that's apart from that the hospitality was good work cleaning and also also cleaning some test.
