Dear sir. Firstly apologies for not able to satisfy you. 1. Room 107 is taken by a guest for 2 months stay since 13sep. Today is 16th and be is very very comfortable and going to stay in that room for 57 more days. This is FYI 2. As for as restaurant we have given several times that we have less inventory and running a restaurant results in wastage of food and hence we are not running it except for free breakfast. 3. The new guest is highly satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and doesn't even want a change of room as it is very very comfortable for him. 4. The remote for tv needed a battery change and it can be changed only after we receive a complaint. And it was changed immediately for you. All your points are covered. For this budget we are providing hispeed wifi with 12 pax lift power back up free breakfast with boiled egg airtel dth and so on. For your expectations we recommend that you go for star hotels with a minimum budget of 5000 per nite so that all your needs are satisfied sir. Apologies for not being able to meet your expectations. Dear sir. You made one booking. And after you were satisfied with the room you made this second booking for your guest. Hence we are not sure were the question of one star review comes. Second booking are made only with satisfied rooms. Hence we are disregarding this review. And also our check out time is 11am standard in the morning. You asked for free extention upto 3pm. We refused. We are sure that is the reason for such a review. Your review is not trust worthy. Thanks

Good evening sir. Thank you very much for your kind compliments. But we should say that it was a pathetic one. You were single occupancy. You came very late nite and checked out very early in the morning. But we are not sure how you found all these problems. Even is 5 star hotel more than one ltr water is chargeable sir. Hence we sincerely request you to be prepared for a budget hotel with good facilities to stay and not expect 5 star facility in budget accomodation. We also have a superior room in our hotel. It's only 30% extra cost. Next time kindly try it out sir. Still we apologise for the inconveniences caused. Thank you sir

Dear sir. You stayed in the same room for 2 days and also extended the stay along with your colleague for one more day. Apologies sir. But we are not sure why you extended the room inspite of the room not being in a usable way. We have seen your photos but there does not seem to be anything wrong. You asked for bathroom cleaning and the staff have done the same job for you. But unfortunately even after all these service you have posted such a bad coment sir. It is very very hurting. The bed is after you have used it. But you say it is not good. We kindly request you to make genuine coments sir. Thank you. We look forward to another chance to host you comfortably sir. Dear Madam Thank you very much for sharing your thots. We are obliged to give explanations Restaurant is available for breakfast. But for lunch or dinner if we prepare food, the inventory is less and most of the guest donot use the restaurant, hence food is getting wasted. Thus the reason for food. But we do give room service for food and also we allow our guests to use swiggy zomato and have the food of their choice. Apologies for the water supply, but on the day of your stay a guest opened the tap in their room and forgot to close it. Hence unfortunately the water was getting drained out and we had to keep filling the water until the problem was identified. We are happy that you found the room and toilet to be comfortable. Kindly request you to allow us to host you again to prove the unfortunate situation to be good for your stay. Thank you.

Dear Madam Thank you very much for your kind compliments. What is surprising is, even though the rooms provided by us was not stay worthy, we are not sure what made you extend your stay with us for one more extra day more than your 2 day booking. Inspite of room not being clean and the breakfast not good, you stayed in the same room one more extra day and also had the same breakfast which was not good for another day. We have video footage of all the three days. Next time please take up the comlpaints to the front office first so that the hotelier can help you. Thanks.

The following is our feedback You selected your room, after seeing 7 rooms, as your wife was very finicky. and also you stayed for not 1 or 2 days, but 4 days. We did room cleaning for you daily. We are not sure why such a bad experience with us for 4 days. Anyhow, your family will be more satisfied if you book rooms in star hotels instead of budget hotels. Apologies sir. We are very very disappointed that we are not able to serve you better. Your stay was only for 2 hrs. But you did not mention anything in the reception or the management. Our kind request. If you have any trouble with a hotel firstly approach the hotel and try to get it resolved. By not mentioning anything to the hotel but writing a bad review only affects the business of the hotel, and if the hotel goes in lose it creates unemployment and the same affects lots of families and families go to starvation sir.
