Very small room, no delux room was there, very bad service

we have booked two delex ac room . but provided one normal ac room and another is their staff room due to non availability. Because it was not reflected on time. We have reached at night at 10.00 Pm only. They asking to cancel the booking. Since it was late night we forced to stay. No luggage room and forced us to vacate sharp 10.00 am Thanks

Amazing experience, Good room and cleaned well. Water hot and cold good....

Hotel owner third class man. His behaviour is fully busted, 24 Hrs Not available electricity, lift not working in all time, so all people requested that don’t booking in this hotel. Hotel owner behaviour is also very bad. 24 hours electricity not available, So lift always not used.

The location was good,no amenities and services,no mirror in the toilet, renovation was going on,the room was not ready @ 1 pm ..and the staff was good but the other person was angry and said no room for you , because you booked through online,the payment will come after a week ,you didn't pay to me ,he asked to wait for sometime to make the room ,but there was one room available,we booked 2 rooms .

Good place to stay it's neat and clean, free wifi.

Very bad hotel

We are satisfied. In every criteria, it's perfect From room to hospitality, staffs behavior, all are awesome👍👍. If ever again comes in Puducherry, we must stay in this Hotel.

Good care of guests and affordable price of room also, very near to marina beach, good for family stay.

The room was neat. I booked a non-ac room by mistake and i upgraded it to ac room at the property. Stay was good, food deliveries cane to our doorstep. The only thing is they had no water bottles but when i asked them they provided a kettle with water in it.
