Rooms not good not netness and room boy also no working hear and no one response any room boy also not her and reception also not hear

Room was clean but it’s small. No drinking water. Average stay, too much noisy outside. Not able to find good non veg hotels near by for breakfast and lunch.

I recommend periodic review & check of the hospitality services provided by the hotel. Also a standardize the minimum facilities that should be provided as a benchmark before on-boarding any hotel on to your platform. All images provided are outdated and do not give legitimacy to the current star of the hotel

Smoking smell, no tv, ac not cool

No service provided, no wifi, all the amenities claim is in question. I need some compensation

Room was good for one night stay, accessible to many restaurants. Located in prime area with good car parking.

Room size is too small. Food is self service only. There is no complimentary services in the room. Wifi connection is frequently down. Apart from this tv and room cleaning is good

There is no proper cleaning in the room and rest room. Even night there is lot of noise in the floor. Can't sleep properly. It's not worth for 1600 per day.

Such and terrible stay here in spm. Make my trip should not tie up with this kind of hotel. Bedsheet is not clean and washroom as well

We booked for 3guest, but room is not sufficient for 3guest. Also air conditionor is not good. Bathroom tape water flow is very less, sometimes no water in bath tapes. Nothing else
